Every kind of water damage, dried right the first time
From clean-water pipe bursts to Category-3 sewage backups, our crews carry the equipment and certifications to make it safe and document the loss for your insurance carrier.
Burst or frozen pipes
Winter thaws and aging supply lines cause sudden failures. We extract, dry, and document fast.
Basement flooding
Sump pump failure, heavy storms, and foundation seepage. Pumped, dried, sanitized.
Sewage & Cat-3 water
Contaminated water requires PPE and biocides. We are IICRC trained for it.
Appliance & supply lines
Dishwasher, washer, fridge, water heater failures. Cabinets and subfloor saved when caught early.
From first call to fully restored
Free on-site inspection
Moisture mapping, photos, and scope written in plain English.
Stop & extract
Source shut-off, then commercial extraction within minutes of arrival.
Dry & monitor
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers with daily moisture readings.
Insurance & rebuild
We bill your carrier and rebuild with our in-house crew.
What to do in the first 60 minutes
The choices you make before a crew arrives decide whether your floors, cabinets, and drywall can be saved. Here is exactly what we tell every homeowner who calls us.
Shut off the water at the source
Find your main shut-off valve (usually in the basement, crawlspace, or near the water heater) and turn it clockwise. For appliance leaks, close the supply valve behind the unit.
Kill power to wet rooms
If water is near outlets, light fixtures, or your panel, flip the breaker for that zone. Never wade into standing water that may be energized.
Photograph everything before you move it
Wide shots and close-ups of every affected room, contents, and the source. Insurance adjusters reward documentation, and it speeds up your claim approval.
Lift furniture and pull up area rugs
Put aluminum foil or wood blocks under furniture legs to prevent stain transfer onto wet carpet. Hang up wet rugs so they don't wick into the pad.
Do not use your household vacuum
Shop vacs rated for water are fine; a regular vacuum will ruin the motor and can be a shock hazard. Leave standing water for the extraction crew.
Call us before you call your insurance
We document the loss the way adjusters expect to see it (moisture maps, Xactimate scope, photo log). That documentation almost always leads to a cleaner, larger approved claim.
The damage clock starts immediately
0 to 60 min
Water wicks up drywall, baseboards, and into the subfloor. Carpet pad saturates.
1 to 24 hrs
Hardwood floors cup and warp. Particleboard cabinets begin to swell. Drywall paint bubbles.
24 to 48 hrs
Mold spores begin to colonize in saturated organic materials. Odors set in.
48+ hrs
Active mold growth, structural rot risk, and contents that could have been saved become demo.
This is exactly why our 2-hour on-site time matters. Every hour we shave off the response window is materials, contents, and claim dollars saved.
A 2-hour on-site time is a lower claim payout
Adjusters and carrier program managers: M3 is built to mitigate fast, document cleanly, and keep secondary damage off the loss. Here is what that looks like on the file.
Mitigation inside the IICRC S500 window
On-site within ~2 hours of FNOL keeps Category-1 losses from degrading to Category-2 and Category-3, and keeps Class 2 losses from sliding into Class 3 and 4 reconstruction.
Mold exposure shut down at day one
Saturated organics treated and dried before the 48-hour mold colonization window. That removes remediation, containment, and bonus indemnity from the file.
Materials saved, not replaced
Hardwood dried in place instead of refinished or replaced. Cabinetry and trim preserved. Contents pack-out reduced. Lower scope, smaller payout, happier policyholder.
Xactimate scope, photo log, moisture maps
Every loss is documented the way carriers expect. Line-item scope, daily psychrometric readings, before/during/after photos uploaded with the estimate.

What homeowners ask first
How quickly can you respond?+
Most Virginia and West Virginia addresses see a crew on-site within 1 to 2 hours of calling. Our 24/7 line is answered by a real person, never voicemail.
Does insurance cover water damage?+
Sudden and accidental losses (burst pipes, appliance failures, storm intrusion) are typically covered. Gradual leaks and rising flood water usually are not. We document the loss for your adjuster either way.
How long does drying take?+
Structural drying typically runs 3 to 5 days with commercial LGR dehumidifiers and air movers. Full restoration with demo and rebuild may run 1 to 4 weeks depending on scope.
What should I do before you arrive?+
If safe, shut off the water and electricity to affected rooms. Move valuables off wet flooring. Don't run a household vacuum on standing water. Photograph everything for your claim.
Do you handle the rebuild?+
Yes. We're a licensed general contractor in both VA and WV, so drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint, and trim are all in-house. One company, one project manager, one number to call.
